Description
The Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) is seeking a quote for Metro Ethernet point-to-point transport services for the Scott County Clerk. The service must be provided between the A end location (Scott County Clerk at 35 E Market, Winchester, IL 62694) and the Z end location. The vendor is responsible for delivering the service inside the building to the DoIT-designated telecom room at both locations. The service must terminate on a vendor-provided switch. The award will be based on the total cost of ownership, including the monthly recurring charge and non-recurring installation costs. Bidders must complete each optional line item for the cost of additional bandwidth tiers.
• The service must be a fiber-based Metro Ethernet point-to-point transport service.
• Copper and wireless services are not acceptable.
• The vendor is responsible for delivering the service inside the building to the DoIT-designated telecom room at both locations.
• The service must terminate on a vendor-provided switch.
• Pricing must be all-inclusive and final, with no additional taxes, fees, surcharges, or pass-through charges allowed.
