Budget estimate

$500,000 – $5,000,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical small‑business FFP IDIQ contracts for specialty chemicals, annual award values often range from a few hundred thousand to several million dollars, depending on quantity and frequency of orders. Assuming modest initial orders and the small‑business set‑aside, a reasonable estimate is $0.5 M to $5 M over the life of the IDIQ.
