Machining Services for ALRE

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking vendors to provide machining services for Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE). The contract will be awarded as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and will be set aside for small businesses. Vendors will be added to the BPA calling list on a rolling basis throughout the lifetime of the BPA commodity program. The BPA will be used to facilitate the procurement of requirements for ALRE, Common Support Equipment (CSE), and Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE). • The BPA will be awarded for a period of time, but the exact duration is not specified. • The contract will be firm fixed-price basis. • Vendors will be required to provide their Cage Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEID) Numbers for verification of inclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM). • Vendors will be required to submit a capabilities statement, which should include their primary business practice/trade and whether they are a manufacturer or a supplier/distributor. • The Non-manufacturer rule will apply to all non-manufacturers, and a non-manufacturer may not exceed 500 employees to be considered a small business.
