Solicitation - Frequency Comb Lasers

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is soliciting quotations for a Frequency Comb Laser. The laser should meet the specifications outlined in the attached Specifications document. Quoters are required to provide a firm-fixed-price quotation for the line items, including a unit price and total amount. The quotation should include shipping and delivery costs. The Government will award a contract to the responsible quoter whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, is the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. • The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price purchase order. • The quoter should provide a technical description and/or product literature that clearly documents that the quoted products meet or exceed all specifications. • The quoter should confirm their ability to meet the required delivery terms and any applicable installation, training, and/or warranty requirements. • The quoter should provide a unique entity identifier and confirm their active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) system.
