Project Development and Environmental Study (PD&E), Preliminary Engineering, Design-Build Criteria Package, and Owner's Rep Services for Bridge Replacements - LAP

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) study, Design-Build Criteria Package, and Owner's Representation services for the replacement of three bridges in Lee County, Florida. The bridges to be replaced are the New Pass Bridge, Big Hickory Pass Bridge, and Little Carlos Pass Bridge. The new bridges will accommodate two lanes of traffic, bike and pedestrian facilities. The project is funded in part or in whole by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as a Local Agency Program (LAP) project. Key aspects of the project include: • Preparation of a Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) study • Development of a Design-Build Criteria Package • Provision of Owner's Representation services • Replacement of three bridges with new structures that accommodate two lanes of traffic, bike and pedestrian facilities • Compliance with Federal Grant Requirements, 2 CFR part 200, terms, conditions, and specifications
