Bulk Oil Delivered January 1, 2026 thru December 31, 2026 As Per Specifications

The City of Scranton is seeking bids for the delivery of bulk oil from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to supply and deliver bulk oil to the Department of Public Works on an as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded to the lowest most responsible bidder, and the price differential stated in the bid will remain constant throughout the term of the contract. The vendor must provide written notice of any fluctuation in the wholesale cost of oil. • The contract term is 1 year, with the option to renew for an additional year. • The vendor must deliver products on the first Wednesday of each month between 6am and 2pm. • The City of Scranton requires the successful bidder to carry certain types and amounts of insurance. • The bidder must comply with all laws, ordinances, regulations, and codes of the federal, state, City, and other local government agencies.
