Budget estimate

$18,000,000 – $58,000,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical charter rates for a 48,500 MT Jones‑Act tanker (approximately $10,000–$30,000 per day) and a potential maximum contract length of five years (≈1,825 days), the total award could range from roughly $18 million to $55 million. Adding estimated installation costs for CONSOL stations and the FDS (potentially $1–3 million) pushes the upper bound to about $58 million.
