Description
The DLA Weapons Support, Pearl Harbor is seeking a qualified source to provide a STATIC MIXER, specifically the WIWA PRODUCTS model with P/N: 0654055. The requirement is for 500 units. The evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM.
• The contractor must include shipping in the unit price of the item, with a delivery point of PEARL HARBOR NAVAL SHIPYARD IMF.
• The Government’s terms for payment for this requirement are Net 30 Days AFTER acceptance of material.
• The contractor must clearly indicate their capability to meet all specifications and requirements.
