SWR - EB Flooring and Stair Tread Replacement

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a contractor to replace flooring and stair treads at their headquarters building in Everett, Washington. The project includes removing existing broadloom carpet and rubber base on stairs and installing new broadloom carpet and rubber ADA compliant stair treads, as well as installing LVT plank in the basement and 6” cove base and required transitions. The contractor must be currently on the District's Small Works Roster category "Facilities Tenant Improvement - Floor Coverings" or submit a completed application with their bid. The project is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days after the effective date of the District's written Notice to Proceed. • The project requires a contractor with experience in flooring and stair tread replacement • The contractor must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • The project includes multiple components, including carpet installation, stair tread replacement, and LVT plank installation • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and tools to complete the project • The contractor must be currently on the District's Small Works Roster or submit a completed application with their bid
