As-Needed Water Fountain Purchase

The fountains must meet the City's standardized specifications and be installed in various parks across the city. The selected vendor will be required to provide a 5-year warranty for the fountains. The City is looking for a vendor with experience in furnishing and installing high-quality drinking fountain systems that meet municipal standards. • The contract term is 3 years with the option to extend for up to 2 additional 12-month periods. • The vendor must provide a firm fixed price for the initial term of the pricing agreement. • The City reserves the right to terminate the agreement with or without cause. • The vendor must comply with the City's environmentally preferred purchasing requirements, including the use of recycled materials and minimization of packaging waste.
