IDOC-ROB- Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Flow and Hydrostatic Testing-SH

The Robinson Correctional Center is seeking bids for a responsible vendor to provide Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Flow and Hydrostatic Testing. The contract will be for 5 years, with the vendor providing testing services for 12 Scott Air Packs (SCBA's) and 16 SCBA Tanks as needed to be compliant with standards. The vendor will be required to maintain a copy of an air quality test or certificate that indicates the source of the air is tested at least annually and is Grade D or better quality. • The vendor must provide flow testing and hydrostatic testing for the SCBA's and tanks. • The vendor must maintain a copy of an air quality test or certificate for the air source. • The vendor must provide quote pricing per SCBA tank testing. • The contract will be for 5 years, with the option for the State to terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice.
