Description
The Town of Hempstead Housing Authority is seeking proposals for management software and data migration services to transition from a paper-based application process to an electronic and internet-based system. The selected vendor will provide software upgrades, training, integrated inventory tracking, consulting, and support services. Proposals should include the software to be provided, the method and manner of transitioning the application process, support services, training, consulting services, and costs for the software and services. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject proposals, and negotiate with offerors.
