Concrete Improvements - Jones Avenue (Hollywood Drive to Prairie Avenue)

The City of Pueblo is soliciting bids for the Concrete Improvements - Jones Avenue (Hollywood Drive to Prairie Avenue) project. The project involves the removal and replacement of asphalt, concrete sidewalk, and curb and gutter, as well as the construction of new curb ramps and other incidental items. The project is expected to take 60 calendar days to complete. The bid must include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to perform and complete the work in an industry-acceptable and professional manner. • The project includes the removal of retaining walls, asphalt, curb and gutter, concrete, and reinforced concrete. • The project includes the construction of new curb heads, curb and gutter, concrete, and asphalt roadway patches. • The project includes the installation of gravel, tactile bands, and backfill. • The project includes traffic control and erosion and sediment control measures. • The project requires the contractor to submit a traffic control plan and an erosion and sediment control plan. • The project requires the contractor to maintain and repair any damage done to existing properties, public or private, adjacent to the site improvements.
