The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service solids removal and disposal for its Diemer and Weymouth water‑treatment plants. The work includes loading non‑hazardous treatment sludge from hoppers and basins, transporting it safely to approved recycling or disposal facilities, maintaining on‑site/off‑site holding areas, and supplying all required permits, safety plans, and reporting.
