Description
The project involves repairs on the Nanakuli Flood Channel Outlet, including the installation of precast concrete channel lining, cast-in-place concrete channel lining, new 6' high chain link fence & gates, rip-rap/interlocking boulders fill behind the existing wall, and the removal and replacement of existing pedestrian bridge and railing. The project requires a performance bond and payment bond equal to one hundred percent of the Total Base Offer Amount if the Total Base Offer Amount exceeds fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
• The project is subject to Section 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and to the payment of not less than the prevailing salaries and wages promulgated by the State of Hawaii, Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 27, 2026, at 10:00 am, H.S.T, at the Depot Beach Park.
• A written notice of intention to bid is required and shall be received by the DHHL, Land Development Division, no later than 2:00 pm, H.S.T, on May 8, 2026.
• A properly executed and notarized standard qualification questionnaire for offerors is required and shall be submitted to the DHHL Land Development Division no later than 3:30 pm, H.S.T, on May 8, 2026.
