Notice of Intent to Sole Source: SWTW Rotary Wing Airlift Support

The Air Education and Training Command (AETC) is seeking a contractor to provide rotary wing airlift support services for the Special Warfare Training Wing (SWTW). The contractor will be required to provide aircraft, personnel, equipment, tools, material, maintenance, and supervision to meet all specifications and performance standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will need to provide fuel, aircraft, and maintenance personnel to support air operations sorties flown, and will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and executing all tasks necessary to meet the Government's stated training requirements. The contractor will also need to provide pilots, co-pilots, and aircrew who meet the minimum flight hour and certification requirements specified in the PWS.
