Curriculum & Course Management Request for Information

Minnesota State is issuing an RFI to gather market intelligence on cloud‑based, enterprise‑scale curriculum and course‑management software suites for its 33 colleges and universities. Vendors are asked to provide detailed information on architecture, workflow, curriculum lifecycle, course and catalog management, integration, security, pricing, implementation, and roadmap, especially around AI and accreditation support. The response will help the system evaluate vendors, shape future procurement strategies, and possibly lead to demonstrations, pilots, or a formal RFP. • Desired solution: SaaS, multi‑tenant, configurable workflow, robust governance, and strong integration (SIS, LMS, BI, etc.). • Functional focus areas include curriculum modeling, course offering management, content repositories, reporting/analytics, and security/compliance. • Vendors must describe pricing models, subscription tiers, implementation phases, training, support SLAs, and future roadmap.
