Description
The Marshall Public Schools is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of glass doors for pods at Walters Elementary. The doors should be clear anodized medium stile pair of doors and transom frames with specific hardware requirements. The prevailing wage for labor is not required. The bid should include specifications and alternative pricing separately. The bidder must submit a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement and an affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.

• The bidder must attend an optional walk through meeting on June 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
• The bid must be submitted on the forms attached and must be completed in full.
• A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company or a cashier’s check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to Marshall Public Schools shall be submitted with each proposal in excess of $50,000.
• The cost of the bond shall be included in the proposal.
• All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days.
