Sampling and Testing of Materials - HWY

The County of Ontario is seeking proposals for sampling and testing of materials for highway projects. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The scope of work includes sampling and testing of materials, and the contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contract term will be from April 17, 2026 to December 31, 2026, with the option to renew for up to two additional 12-month periods. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage laws. • The contractor will be required to provide a cost proposal and a technical proposal. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
