Re-Bid of On-Call Materials and Construction Related Testing Services

The City of Winchester is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call materials and construction-related testing services, geotechnical sampling and engineering, and surveying services for various capital improvement projects. The types of construction projects will include water treatment plant and dam rehabilitation improvements, wastewater treatment plant improvements, water distribution system improvements, and more. The contract term will be five years from the date of award, with the option to renew for five 12-month periods.
