Baker Offsite Sewer

The City of Denton is seeking bids for the Baker Offsite Sewer project, which includes the installation of approximately 4,100 LF of 18-Inch ASTM F679 PS-115 PVC and 4,700 LF of 21-Inch ASTM F679 PS-115 PVC by open cut and associated appurtenances. The project also includes the installation of 100 LF of 36-Inch steel casing pipe and 260 LF of 30-Inch steel casing pipe by other than open cut, as well as a lift station abandonment and force main pipe. The project budget is approximately $6 million. The successful bidder will be required to have considerable experience in providing goods and services of this type and must possess a proven track record of using innovative approaches to providing goods and services that represent the best value to their clients.
