MOD IV & CAMA COMPUTER SOFTWARE FOR THE TAX ASSESSOR’S OFFICE

The City of Trenton is soliciting proposals for a MOD IV & CAMA computer software vendor for the Tax Assessor’s Office. The contract is for a period of one year. The selected vendor must provide a cloud-based system with a website for public lookup, meet the requirements outlined in the NJ Division of Taxation MOD IV User Manual, and provide a system of reports to promote efficiency in the assessor’s office. The vendor must also provide customer support during working hours and comply with the statutory mailing of notice of assessment postcards. The evaluation criteria include cloud-based system (70%), cost (15%), and compatibility with Mercer County Tax Administrator’s Office System (15%). • The company must provide a cloud-based system that includes a website for public lookup. • The company’s product must meet all of the requirements outlined in the NJ Division of Taxation MOD IV User Manual. • The product should be user-friendly and require minimal training for the staff. • The product should be able to house multiple images for each property. • The company must have the ability to comply with the statutory mailing of the notice of assessment postcards. • The company should provide customer support that is available during working hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm to meet the needs of the staff.
