NOI to Sole Source - Cepheid Reagent Supplies - IHHC

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) is seeking to negotiate a firm-fixed sole source contract with Cepheid for the supply of necessary reagents for the testing of XPRS4PLEX-10 as required by the Laboratory Department. The contract will have a base year and four option years. The award will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).
