Elevated Water Storage Tank Rehab Division 3

The Lowcountry Regional Water System is seeking a qualified contractor to fully rehabilitate the Palmetto Elevated Water Storage Tank in Varnville, SC. The scope includes complete repairs, containment, interior and exterior sandblasting, and painting of the tank, as well as cleaning and painting of associated well pumps, piping, valves, and appurtenances. The work will be performed under a Design‑Bid‑Build delivery method with all materials, equipment, and labor furnished by the contractor. • Full renovation of the elevated water storage tank, including structural repairs and surface preparation. • Sandblasting and painting of both interior and exterior surfaces of the tank. • Cleaning, preparation, and repainting of well pump, piping, valves, and related appurtenances. • Provision of all required containment, safety, and environmental protection measures during construction.
