The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, purchase, deliver, install, commission, and provide staff training for a single commercial‑grade animal cremation unit to replace an existing outdoor incinerator at its municipal shelter. The contract includes all permits, testing, crane usage (FAA‑approved), removal and proper disposal of the old unit, and full start‑up support.
• Turnkey solution: design, fabrication, procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of one animal crematorium.
• Includes removal and disposal of existing incinerator and required environmental/FAA permits.
• Provides staff training on operation and maintenance of the new system.
• Must meet commercial‑grade specifications suitable for high‑volume animal remains processing.
• Bid submission due 11/03/2026 @ 2:00 PM; pre‑bid conference optional 10/12/2026 (WebEx); site visit 10/13/2026 at the shelter location.
