The VA is soliciting bids to supply two packaged steam water heaters for the Chillicothe VAMC. The heaters must be factory‑assembled, ASME‑stamped, with all wetted parts of 316/316L stainless steel, include electronic 1/3‑2/3 control valves, and be delivered to the Building 23 warehouse with full cut‑sheets and O&M manuals. Installation, rigging, startup, or commissioning are expressly excluded from the contract scope. The procurement is set‑aside for small‑business firms and the delivery lead‑time may exceed 90 days if clearly stated in the quotation.
