Daughtery Road and Green Slope Drive Intersection Improvements

The City of Zephyrhills is seeking bids for the Daughtery Road and Green Slope Drive Intersection Improvements project. The project involves constructing a southbound right-turn lane along the southbound approach of Daughtery Road and Green Slope Drive, as well as electrical pump upgrades at the northwest corner of the intersection. The work must be constructed in accordance with the construction plans prepared by Kimley-Horn. The City is looking for a responsible Vendor who is qualified by experience to perform the work specified. The Vendor must submit with its bid evidence of its experience in similar work and demonstrate that it has the necessary organization, capital, equipment, and machinery to complete the work to the satisfaction of the City within the time limit stated in the Contract Documents. • The project includes the construction of a southbound right-turn lane along the southbound approach of Daughtery Road and Green Slope Drive. • The project includes electrical pump upgrades at the northwest corner of the intersection. • The Vendor must provide competent, suitably qualified personnel to survey, lay out, and perform construction as required by the Contract Documents. • The Vendor must furnish all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, heat, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, and all other facilities and incidentals necessary for the execution, testing, initial operation, and completion of the work. • The Vendor must maintain good discipline and order at the site and ensure that the finished work complies fully with the Contract Documents.
