Gazebos and Pergolas

The KPN is seeking bids for quality gazebos and pergolas in wood, vinyl-clad, or metal components suitable for use in parks, community pools, playgrounds, and other outdoor areas. The bid requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing the requested services, products, and materials to schools, colleges, and universities, and public agencies. The bidder must demonstrate the completion of a minimum of 100 installations/sales of equipment, training, and other services as related to this IFB in the last 5 years. The contract will be for an indefinite quantity with a discount contract that can be availed by KPN members on an as-needed basis. Some key requirements include: • National service: The supplier must be able to serve KPN members in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. • Marketing plan: The supplier must implement a marketing plan to KPN members in all states indicated above and meet with KPN staff to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan within 30 days after contract award. • Discount pricing: Pricing must be a percentage discount from the manufacturers’ suggested list price or percentage up from cost, whichever provides the lowest pricing for the agency. • Product specifications: The products must meet or exceed all specification requirements, including strength, fire, and safety standards and codes set by ASTM, NFPA, and ICC, as well as local codes in purchasing member states.
