The U.S. Embassy in Bogotá seeks a qualified contractor to provide full‑service gardening, landscaping, and grounds‑maintenance for approximately 28,000 m² of embassy property. The contractor must manage lawn care, tree and shrub pruning, weed control, irrigation, pest management, fountain maintenance, and related support functions, while complying with U.S. and Colombian safety, environmental, and security requirements. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year options plus a possible six‑month extension.
