Description
The U.S. Marine Corps is conducting market research to assess commercial or non‑developmental solutions for Own Force Monitoring – Echelon (OFM‑E), a vehicle‑ or command‑post‑mounted system that provides persistent electromagnetic spectrum monitoring and integration with command‑and‑control tools. The RFI seeks industry feedback on capabilities, technical readiness, production capacity, integration, and support considerations for a SOSA‑aligned COTS solution. Respondents must submit a 20‑page information package by 29 Oct 2026, including executive summary, compliance matrix, specifications, TRL, production data, warranty, training, and contract‑vehicle eligibility. An optional Industry Day will be coordinated by MilTech. No award is guaranteed; the RFI is for information gathering only.
• Targeted capability: real‑time EMS awareness, baseline emissions, anomaly detection, and EMCON support for Marine units.
