Certification User Group: Training, Planning, and Facilitation

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) seeks a qualified firm to provide ongoing training, planning, and facilitation services for its Certification User Group (CUG). The contractor will prepare and execute annual and seasonal workshops, support steering‑committee and sub‑committee meetings, develop work plans, conduct research, and produce progress reports. A transition plan for long‑term CUG management is also required. The work is performed under a one‑year Service Order Contract with possible extensions, and compensation is based on fully‑loaded labor rates and direct non‑labor costs. • Facilitate up to four workshops per year (annual meeting, summer workshop, and two training/ad‑hoc sessions). • Provide continuous support for steering‑committee and sub‑committee meetings, including agenda preparation, note‑taking, research, and reporting. • Deliver a comprehensive transition plan, including recommendations, consolidated materials, and a user guide for future facilitators.
