546-27 Construction Inspector Training

Ohio Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to design and deliver two identical, three‑day, in‑person training courses for up to 20 construction inspectors per session. The curriculum must cover Trimble GNSS hardware, SiteWorks, and Trimble Business Center software, including model creation, QA/QC, field inspection, data collection, and as‑built reporting. The vendor must also produce all training materials, a video tutorial, and a reference guide, which become ODOT property. • Two 3‑day on‑site training sessions (≈ 6 days total) at ODOT’s Columbus facility • Must demonstrate prior experience with Trimble GNSS and TBC training for construction personnel • Deliverables include curriculum, workbooks, quick‑reference guides, video, and reference guide • Proposal deadline 11 Oct 2026; training to be completed by July 2027; payment within 30 days of each session
