The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver an instructor‑led Mass Hoisting License Preparation course for 20‑30 state employees (Unit 2). The training must cover the 1C (Telescoping Booms without Cables, Forklifts) and 2A (Excavators, Front‑End Loaders/Backhoes, Unloaders) certifications, include all study materials, exam application fees, and the MA DOT certification exam administered on‑site. The contract runs from November 23 2026 through June 30 2028 and is awarded on a single‑price basis per cohort.
