The U.S. Navy is seeking a small‑business vendor to upgrade the hoist and conductor‑bar system on an existing bridge crane at Joint Base McGuire‑Dix‑Lakehurst, NJ. The contractor must provide a new 3‑ton wire‑rope hoist with mechanical load brake, a new 4‑wire conductor bar, VFD‑controlled drive components, and associated control panels and festoon systems. Work includes removal of legacy equipment, installation of the new system, integration with existing runway infrastructure, on‑site training, provision of maintenance manuals, and a 125 % load test for final acceptance. All proposals must be firm‑fixed‑price, FOB Destination, and must be submitted by 30 Nov 2026. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 12 Nov 2026.
