This opportunity is a fixed‑price construction contract for the renovation of the existing CA‑7 secure space and the addition of a new restroom at Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia. The work includes demolition, concrete and pavement removal/installation, electrical conduit extensions, fire‑protection integration, and optional Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Audio/Visual (A/V) packages as separately‑funded bid options. The base contract is valued at roughly $6.85 M, with optional FF&E and A/V bringing the total potential award to about $8.36 M. The solicitation requires a temporary field trailer, three senior on‑site personnel (Superintendent, SSHO, QC Manager), two QC clerks, and compliance with hazardous‑material remediation, fire‑rating, RF‑shielding, and sound‑attenuation testing.
