Description
The United States Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), five-year Requirements Contract for Ammunition Containers. The contract will have five one-year ordering periods, and the contractor must provide a technical data package and comply with various requirements, including heavy phosphate coating and configuration management.
• The contractor must have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS).
• The contractor must submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist, including a completed "Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement" if required.
• The Government will evaluate proposals based on delivery schedule and price, with price being significantly more important than delivery schedule.
• The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government, considering both price and non-price factors.
