OIS-FY26- Renewal of Lenovo Absolute Control for Government - 12 Months (1154332)

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is seeking quotes from Ohio Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) suppliers for the renewal of Lenovo Absolute Control for 1 year. Lenovo Absolute provides a method of tracking and disabling JFS laptops that are lost or not returned at the end of employment, preventing the loss/exposure of JFS data. This is required per security policy. • The quote must include the DAS Contract Number and pricing, which must not exceed the pricing in the DAS contract. • The quote must be submitted by an Ohio Certified MBE supplier who is currently doing business on an Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS) contract. • The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible MBE supplier.
