Description
The Town of Marblehead invites sealed bids for the Waterside Cemetery Expansion project. The project is subject to compliance with prevailing wage requirements, and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the sum of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of the successful Bidder. A bid deposit of at least five percent (5%) of the total project is required. The solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30 §39M.

• The Town reserves the right to reject all bids if it is in the Town’s best interest to do so
