The Idaho Transportation Department seeks a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, and fully install two 30‑ft commercial flagpoles at its Montpelier and Preston yards. The scope includes excavation, concrete foundation work, pole erection with internal M‑winch halyard systems, site restoration, and a two‑year warranty on installation labor. All work must comply with Idaho State Contract Terms and Conditions, include required insurance, and be performed by licensed Idaho personnel. • Supply two 30‑ft seamless‑aluminum (6063‑T) flagpoles, satin clear‑anodized, with internal halyard winch and required accessories. • Perform civil work: excavation, drainage layer, concrete footing (≥ 3,000 psi), and installation of ground‑sleeve or anchor base per manufacturer specifications. • Provide full‑burdened pricing (travel, freight, demolition, labor, materials) and submit required drawings, insurance certificates, and signatures electronically via IPRO.
