Description
The Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC) is seeking to contract with Consolidated Water Group, LLC for the purchase of Preventative Maintenance Services on Culligan Reverse Osmosis Water Systems. The service contract will cover scheduled preventive maintenance, filter replacement, system inspection, performance testing, and emergency repair services. The contract is valued at $33,765 and will be for a period of one year. The MDMC has determined that only one source, Culligan, is reasonably available to provide the required service contract due to the proprietary nature of the equipment and the need for OEM-specific parts and technical expertise.
• The contract will be for a firm-fixed-price.
• The service contract will be for the Culligan Reverse Osmosis Water System installed at the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany, GA.
• The contract will include preventive maintenance, filter replacement, system inspection, performance testing, and emergency repair services.
• The estimated dollar amount of the contract is $33,765.
• The period of performance will begin 60 days from contract award and will last for one year.
