USACE NWD Design Build MATOC

This Sources Sought notice is for a Multi-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects within the Northwestern Division, Portland District, Walla Walla District, and Seattle District. The scope of work includes new construction, repair, and renovation of civil works projects, facilities, roadways, and recreational areas. Responses to this notice will be used to determine the acquisition strategy and inform potential future solicitations. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with information about their capabilities, qualifications, and experience. • The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a minimum task order value of $350,000 and a maximum task order value of $10,000,000. • The estimated maximum capacity of this MATOC is $99,000,000. • The contract is expected to be awarded in January 2027, with an anticipated construction completion date by the end of calendar year 2032. • The government is seeking responses from both large and small business members of industry, including Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business (SDVOSB).
