Notice of Intent to Award - Henry Schein

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Crownpoint Service Unit intends to restrict competition and negotiate an award with Henry Schein for the purchase and installation of dentistry cabinets for the Dental Central Sterile Room instrument processing unit to the Pueblo Pintado Clinic. The existing cabinetry no longer meets the operational and infection prevention requirements necessary to support the proper cleaning, processing, and sterilization of dental instruments. • The projected period of performance is one year from the date of award. • The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114 – Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing. • The Pueblo Pintado Dental Clinic requires the immediate replacement and upgrade of the cabinetry in its dental sterilization room to meet Joint Commission accreditation requirements and to ensure the safety of patients and staff. • Vendors may provide a capability statement, which must be submitted via email to [email protected] by July 24th, 2026.
