Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking a contractor to provide a PAO Cart Facilities Power Cable, Part Number 4106AS0370-2, for Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) Programs. The contract is a firm-fixed price type contract, and the award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the lowest price and technically acceptable. The contractor will be required to manufacture and deliver the power cable in accordance with the Government Drawing Package and the requirements of the contract. The contract also includes requirements for quality assurance, inspection and acceptance, and packaging, handling, storage, and transportation.
• The contractor must possess a valid Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, Form DD2345, to access the technical data package.
• The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance with each end item, certifying that it conforms to the government-drawing package and the requirements of the contract.
• The contractor must assign a serial number to each end item and provide a unique item identifier for the item.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding export-controlled items.
• The contractor must provide sufficient information to demonstrate that the proposed supply or service meets all the requirements identified in the Statement of Work.
