Boise Airport Central Utility Plant (CUP) Equipment

The City of Boise is seeking suppliers to provide new mechanical and electrical equipment for the Boise Airport Central Utility Plant (CUP). The contract is limited to the manufacture and delivery of equipment only—installation, construction, and commissioning are excluded and will be handled under separate contracts. Items include hydronic pumps, a condensing boiler, water‑source unitary heat pumps, medium‑voltage transformers, medium‑voltage metal‑clad switchgear, low‑voltage switchgear, switchboards, and a diesel engine generator. The procurement is funded partially by a federal FAA ATP grant, which imposes Buy‑American, Davis‑Bacon, and other federal compliance requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically via Jaggaer by the sealed‑bid deadline, signed, and accompanied by a 5 % bid bond. The delivery window extends from September to December 2028, with a standard 12‑month warranty and optional extended‑warranty options.
