The City of La Porte is seeking a new and unused truck, latest model in production suitable for landscaper use. The truck should have a chassis like Isuzu NPR HD 3G4 or equivalent, 14500 GVWR, diesel engine, auto transmission, crew cab, AC, power windows and locks, cruise control, AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth, LED lighting, water cooler mount, curbside fold-down sides, weed eater racks, double fold ramp, and 36" underbelly toolbox. The truck is to be delivered FOB Destination, 2963 N. 23rd Street, La Porte, Texas 77571. • The city reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive all technicalities and to accept any Bid or part thereof, which in the opinion of the city council, is most advantageous to the city. • The equipment bid shall be new and unused, latest model in production. • The city will not accept conditional bids or unbalanced bids that, in the sole discretion and authority of the city, is determined to be materially unbalanced. • The city reserves the right to make corrections to bids for any clerical error apparent on the face of the bid.
