Description
The City of Waco is seeking bids for the expansion of the Bull Hide Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project includes the construction of a new influent pump station, headworks, flow distribution structure, process trains, secondary clarifiers, disk filter, UV disinfection equipment, and other facilities. The project is estimated to cost $67,000,000. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• The project requires a prequalification process, and bidders must submit a prequalification application by September 15, 2025.
• A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2025.
• Bids must be submitted by November 12, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. CT.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• The project is expected to be completed within 1095 calendar days.
