Annual Contract for Out-Patient Treatment Services for Juveniles with Sexual Behavior Problems

The Tarrant County Juvenile Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide outpatient treatment services for juveniles with sexual behavior problems. The contractor will be responsible for providing sex offense-specific treatment and enhanced sex education services to adjudicated youth and those with Deferred Prosecution Probation (DPP) dispositions. The treatment services will include comprehensive assessments, individual and group therapy sessions, and family sessions. The contractor will also be required to provide monthly progress reports and participate in monthly meetings with probation officers and families. The goal of the treatment program is to reduce recidivism and improve community safety outcomes. Some key points about the job and scope of work include: • The contractor will be required to use TCJS-approved curricula and formats for treatment plans, progress reports, and billing. • The contractor will be required to maintain confidentiality in accordance with Texas Family Code. • The contractor will be required to provide services for diverse populations, including youth with developmental delays, low intellectual functioning, language barriers, and younger clients. • The contractor will be required to participate in research projects conducted by Tarrant County Juvenile Services. • The contractor will be required to provide a means to utilize Microsoft Office 365 compatible software to share reports and information via email and other computer programs.
