STI/HIV/VH Home Test kits

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a vendor to provide home-based STI/HIV/HCV test kits that can be ordered through an online platform and mailed discreetly to a client's home. The test kits should include testing for Syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis C, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea. The vendor should be able to provide care to patients in the state of Colorado, manage a secure portal for clients to request tests and access their results, and provide local public health agencies and community-based organizations with bulk STI/HIV/HCV test kits to distribute at their agency free of charge. • The contract term is expected to be from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. • The total budget for the 5-year period is not expected to exceed $1,000,000. • The vendor should have experience working with governmental agencies and be able to provide high-levels of data security and integrity with a HIPAA-compliant patient interface. • The vendor should be able to provide a variety of test kit options to meet the various testing needs, including "A la carte" ordering on the dedicated landing page. • The vendor should be able to send patient reminder emails for kit return and provide local resources for treatment options and/or prescribe medications.
