Description
This solicitation seeks quotations for new Axon Taser equipment and associated warranties to support the California Department of Justice’s fleet and assets. Vendors must provide the specified quantities of battery packs, handles, and extension warranties, all new and current‑model, and agree to FOB‑destination shipping and net‑45 payment terms. The award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder on an all‑or‑nothing basis, with extensive certification and documentation requirements.
• Supply 32 Axon Taser tactical battery packs (Item 20018)
• Supply 22 Axon Taser 7 high‑visibility handles (Item 20008)
• Provide one extension warranty for battery packs and one for handles (Items 80374 & 80395)
• Must submit full vendor, bid declaration, payee, recycled content, Darfur Act, and other required forms; optional SB/DVBE certifications if claimed.
