The City of Trenton is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver hot‑mix asphalt (9.5 M‑64) for roadway improvements funded partially by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The contract is open‑ended, with an estimated need of ~20,000 tons of asphalt over a one‑year period. The successful bidder will furnish, load, transport, and deliver the material to designated city locations; all paving, compaction, traffic control, and striping will be performed by city crews.
